Rob believes that everyone can live a life full of freedom and joy. Rob is a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher and has dedicated the past decade studying and working with the world's foremost mindfulness and meditation teachers to help people understand how their minds and bodies work so that they can work with, not against them. Evidence-based mindful habit change leverages how our mind and body already work so that we can step out of habitual behaviors keeping us stuck. Rob has used simple mindfulness practices that he will teach you to drastically change his life and is dedicated to helping you find the lasting change you're seeking in yours - one moment at a time.
